Not from one of the great palaces, at any rate, or you'd know, but it is an expensive piece of art, and not from Aeaea either. Only the Goddess knows how it came into the hands of a rustic goatherder. Well, obviously it was the Goddess' will that you'd find it. It will look better on you anyway.
  • [before showing brooch to Circe:] A golden brooch representing a sitting lion, of unknown origin. You found it at the shepherd's hut, which is quite a mystery. Perhaps you should look into it.
  • [after showing brooch to Circe:] An Achaean brooch made of gold, depicting the sitting lion of the palace of Mycenae. Found in the shepherd's hut after a rough night. Possibly dropped by a spy infiltrated in Aeaea, or perhaps an insider traitor. Finding out is the key to your future, and perhaps the survival of your order.
