A big photocopier with somewhat simple controls. It appears you open it up, put whatever you wish to copy inside and then press the "On" button on the side.

Beside the copier's massive lid is a hideously complicated control panel -- plus a coin slot, [if tray in machine] a paper tray, [end if] a large green button that you assume is for actually directing it to make copies, and various other gewachits and gim-crackery that you don't even have names for.
[if side panel is open:] The panel on the side of the machine is open, revealing a glimpse into its labyrinthine innards.

The copier's lid is [closed or open].

A tabletop-size copier rests on one of the tables. It doesn't seem to have quite enough buttons to be a real copier. Looks like someone messed up the replication of this machine.
