Dinnertime is a Z-machine interactive fiction game written with Inform 7 and is © 2011 by Bob Reeves. Also known as PLSG #1 (where PLSG means Painless Little Stupid Games), this game was originally written in ALAN 2 and published in 1998; it was later ported to Inform 7 and the Z-machine.
In this very short game with a trick solution, it's dinnertime and you're very hungry. Eat something soon or else.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Release 1 of the game.

The One And Only Kitchen In The Game
You have only 17 turns, so don't bother closing the fridge or oven after opening them.
> x fridge. open it.
> x squid. take it.
> x oven. open it. put squid in it.
> turn oven on.
The squid will cook quickly and won't burn, but you cannot safely take it from the oven bare-handed.
