The binary files exist but I'm not sure they're in the right format. The .DMP file is a WAITS operating system memory dump, so it needs either:

  1. A WAITS system to load it (there are hobbyist WAITS systems)
  2. Conversion to a standalone format that SIMH can load directly

  What emulator is your friend using? Common options:
  - SIMH (ka10, ki10, kl10, ks10)
  - KLH10
  - SIMS (WAITS-specific)
  - A hosted WAITS system online

  Also - does your friend have an OS running, or are they trying to load this as a standalone binary?

  If they have a working WAITS system, they should be able to just transfer the original fdisk.txt or fisk_clean.oct and load it. If they need a different format, let me know which emulator/OS and I can create the right binary.
