Inventory

Items are listed in the order they're acquired in this walkthrough. I did not encounter any inventory limits.

• a fedora, a trenchcoat, hi top trainers, and a watch. You're wearing them.
• Examine them, then ignore them.
• a car key. You're carrying it.
• It unlocks your Fudge Challenger at Factory Outskirts, but you won't unlock your car before you've even gone inside, and afterwards you won't have the opportunity.
• You can try to unlock all the other doors in the game with this key. It doesn't help you, but you can try.
• a flashlight. You're carrying it.
• It's already turned on. Keep it, leave it on, ignore it.
• a suspicious note. On the grinding floor, this note's in the mayor's suit's pocket.
• Take it and read it.
• a candy cigarette. It's on the grinding floor.
• On the grinding floor, put the cigarette into the double door keyhole to obtain the small key and unlock the double door.
• a small key. Obtain it on the grinding floor by putting the cigarette into the double door keyhole.
• The small key unlocks the double doors; you use it automatically, so you never use the key explicitly.
• a detonator cord. It's in the pile of dynamite on the pulling floor.
• On the pulling floor, tie one end of the cord to the puller and the other to the tool cage's mesh door. Turn on the puller; it pulls the mesh door right off its hinges! Turn off the puller and take the mesh door and the cord.
• On the roof, after putting the torch into the chimney and tying the pull-rope to the torch's hose, tie the cord to the pull-rope. Now you can safely climb down from the roof and escape the factory.
• a crumpled note. It's in the vat on the boiling floor.
• Take it and read it.
• some edible panties. They're in the vat on the boiling floor.
• Take them as evidence, I suppose.
• an oxy-acetylene cutting torch. It's inside the tool cage on the pulling floor. See cord on how to open the cage.
• On the grinding floor, throw the torch at the office door to open the office door.
• On the roof, put the torch into the broken chimney. Tie the pull-rope to the torch's hose.
• a Polaroid photograph. It's inside the office's desk drawer.
• Examine it and take it for evidence.
• a pull-rope. It's on the office's desk.
• On the roof, after putting the torch into the broken chimney, tie the pull-rope to the torch's hose. Then tie the detonator cord to the pull-rope. Now you can safely climb down from the roof and escape the factory.
• a mesh door. It's part of the tool cage on the pulling floor. See cord on how to open the cage; untie the door afterwards.
• On the boiling floor, put the mesh door on the gap. Now you can go north through the window pane to the roof.
