Toeing the Line is a Z-machine interactive fiction game written with Inform 6 and is © 2004 by Gregory Weir. It was a participant in the Speed-IF Autocratic Fist event.

In this tiny one-room game, you play as a solider in Bush IV's America. A ferret emergency has been declared! You're the best ferret killer around, and with the announced bounty, you're certain to claim the rewards by toeing the line.

This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Release 1 of the game.
