Three Steps to the Left is a Z-machine interactive fiction game written with Inform 6 and is © 1998 by Lucian Smith. It was an entry in the Speed-IF 3 event.
In this short game, you play as an actress playing the role of Hera Wynn on a swamp stage set. Hera's sad duty is to deliver a broken locket to the orphanage. Syde Kikke tosses you a flamingo (for a weapon) and pez (for rations) and bids you good luck.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Release 1 of the game.
