In this adventure game, you play as Sir Louen de Galand. King Girard of Carentan informs you that the long dead necromancer-king Osiris has awoken and is now raising armies of the undead. Osiris intends nothing less than to turn the entire world into sand and dust, just like his own forgotten nation of Abydos. Gather a party of warriors and mages and end his threat. Good luck, Sir Louen.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Release 1 of the game.

This is your last chance to go back and do any unfinished business. You must have the dagger from the tavern. You must also have either the parchment or the potion or have healed the injured soldiers in the abandoned building.

Abydos Gate
If you have the parchment, go east through a breach in the wall then south and avoid all the fighting.
If you don't have the parchment but you did heal the soldiers, bravely go south. Colart and his men arrive like the calvary and clear your way.
Otherwise, drink the potion here. Your party uses brute force to go south.
I assume you have the parchment, of course:

You all continue to...
Temple Crypt
> x stone. x amulet.(Muriele speaks up about it.)

> break amulet with dagger.
Before you can do that, Osiris arrives and asks why you're trying to stop him. If there's a way to explain yourself to him, I didn't find it.
> x Osiris.
> break amulet with dagger.
*** You raise the dagger above your head and bring it smashing down onto the amulet. As you do, you hear Osiris let out a blood-curdling yell as his bones turn to dust. You walk outside through the double doors. All around you is dust, discarded clothing, and scattered weapons. In the gateway still stands the Carentan forces, considerably smaller in number. They see you and immediately erupt into cheers. You slowly walk towards them and you begin patching up the wounded. Together, everyone makes their way north and back to Carentan and the waiting King Girard. You are all honored as heroes. ***

Endings
You eat the mushroom and fall on the ground convulsing, spit foaming out of your mouth. Lady Murielle desperately tries to heal you, but only worsens your state. You die almost instantly.
if you eat the poisonous mushroom.
As you approach the camp, you are spotted by multiple skeletal archers on the towers. Your party attempts to take cover under your shields but the hail of arrows is not your only concern. Necropolis soldiers come rushing out of the camp towards you. Right before they reach you, they stop. The archers cease their fire. The skeletons part and through the middle you can see him for yourself. Osiris is standing above you with a smile. He takes his halberd and brings it down hard. Your vision goes black. You failed your mission.
if you go south from "Hill nearby camp" while the undead soldiers are still there.
You raise the dagger above your head and bring it smashing down onto the amulet. You are all honored as heroes.
if you destroy Osiris's amulet.
CAUTION: You can get stuck if you get to the Abydos Gate without the parchment or the potion, and you didn't heal the injured soldiers. There's no way forward but also no way back.
Likewise, if you find yourself in the crypt without the dagger, you have no way to break the amulet, no way to leave, and Osiris just stands there, so you don't die either. You're all just stuck there.
Inventory
an Exotic Flower. It's in the king's courtyard.
In the swamp hut, put the flower into the cauldron.
a Flaming Sword. It's in the tree in the forest clearing.
Take it; you now have a decent weapon. This also lets the tree re-animate into an ent.
In the tavern, you can opt to give the sword to the mercenary in exchange for his dagger.
a Rabbit Carcass. It's at the village entrance.
In the swamp hut, put the rabbit into the cauldron.
a magical dagger. In the tavern, a mercenary holds it.
After asking Sir Pierres to follow you, ask the mercenary about the dagger. Pierres convinces the mercenary to abandon the dagger. Take it.
An alternate way to obtain the dagger is to trade for it: give the flaming sword to the mercenary.
In the swamp hut, put the mushroom into the cauldron.
a book. It's in the swamp hut.
You don't need to take it. Just read it. It's open to a recipe which you should follow to make a potion.
a potion. In the swamp hut, make the potion by following the recipe in the book: put the mushroom, flower, and carcass into the cauldron.
Drink the potion when you want to vastly increase your strength for a short time. The only time you need to do this is if you're at Abydos Gate, and you neither obtained the parchment, nor healed the soldiers in the abandoned building.
a parchment. At the sphinx, it's in a bottle jammed in the sphinx's gears.
While you have the parchment, you can find and use the wall breach east of the Abydos gate. Otherwise, you don't see it.
an Osiris's Amulet. It's in the stone sarcophagus in the temple crypt.
Break the amulet with the dagger. It's the only thing that can do so.
Note: You cannot wear the amulet. Forget any dreams of having your own undead army.
Note: If you give the amulet to Osiris, nothing happens, except the game is now unwinnable.
