In this abuse, there's no game file to download and there's no story to read, but there is a puzzle. The game's title is the entire game. That's the puzzle and there is an answer. Figure it out.

There is no game file to download. The game is contained entirely in the game's title.
The gibberish "Prnoq Pnkhr Zmtmr" is encoded text, and "code is XYZZY to AAAAA" suggests that it was encoded with a Vigenère cipher using "XYZZY" as the key. To decipher it, use modulo-arithmetic, treating A = 0, B = 1, C = 2,... Z = 25, both for encoding and decoding.
This results in "Stops Split Count" which you should interpret to mean that the STOP words in the message split the message into parts which contain counts.
Count the letters in each segment of the message delimited by the word "STOP":
Translate these counts into letters where A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, etc.
23-9-14-14-5-18 spells WINNER.
