Immune System is a Glulx interactive fiction game written with Inform 7 and is © 2020 by Naomi Abramowicz.
In this badly-coded, barely-there, ultra-minimal game, you play as an E. coli bacterium. You mission is to bypass three lines of defence and infect a human.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Release 1 of the game.
SPOILERS AHEAD. Reading a walkthrough prematurely can sometimes diminish one's enjoyment of an interactive fiction game. Please make an honest effort to play the game before reading this walkthrough.
The map gives away almost the entire game, such as it is.

NOTE: This is one of those games that are so badly coded that exit-failures aren't specific to individual rooms, so if you try to go a direction you're not supposed to, you might get another room's exit-failure message.
SUGGESTION: To increase your enjoyment of this game, imagine that you's a secret agent like James Bond and that you're on an espionage mission. Put on your sunglasses and get into your most stylish car.
