Freedom is a TADS 2 interactive fiction game and is © 2000 by Peter Berman. It was an entry in the Speed-IF 10 event.
You play as Hank, the Snugley family handyman. You just finished fixing their framastructure yet again, although you wonder why it's in the kitchen. You also wonder why a rich family like the Snugleys has such a thin and sour daughter like Sally. Perhaps you'll look around a bit before you go.
This solution is by David Welbourn.
The Snugleys' Kitchen
> x framastructure. x table. x note. read it.
> turn on framastructure. xyzzy. xyzzy. xyzzy.
> x fridge. open fridge. x head. take cake. s. e.
> x copy. take it. w. w.
You can't go north from the bedroom until you've tasted the cake at least once.
> x bed. n. eat cake. n.
> i. x soldiers. x Sally. x freedom.
> give cake to Sally. give copy to Sally.

This walkthrough is provided free of charge since I wrote this walkthrough prior to January 2015 when I began my Patreon account, and also because the work it's based on has less than fifteen locations (so I wouldn't have charged for it anyway). I've since reformatted this walkthrough to use my currently preferred style. I hope you enjoy it!
I'm still creating new walkthroughs! Larger ones too! Please visit my Patreon account if you're interested in helping me create more interactive fiction walkthroughs. I appreciate all the help I can get! Thanks again.
