In this pleasant and silly game, spend the first four days of July with your friend David, a shameless author-insertion character who seems inordinately fond of making interactive fiction references.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on Version 1 of the game.
SPOILERS AHEAD. Reading a walkthrough prematurely can sometimes diminish one's enjoyment of an interactive fiction game. Please make an honest effort to play the game before reading this walkthrough.

You must search the boat, the tree, and the leaves at the top of tree. You will obtain the gasoline when you search the third place, whichever it is.
Give the can to David, and you'll both leave the island via an airplane.
a red ketchup. David gives it to you when you arrive at Outside Tim Hortons.
You can peel the red ketchup with the potato peeler to obtain a red peel and a plain ketchup.
You can put any peel on the plain ketchup to change its colour, then later peel the ketchup again to get the coloured peel back.

You may put the green peel onto any plain item to turn that item green.
