You play as a TV actor who needs to study their vacuum cleaner repair homework. You wish you had a tutor. In fact, you cry out loud, "I wish I had five tutors!" You should be more careful what you wish for.

Walkthrough

Your living room

The tutors — Vacuum Man, Basket Chyk, Plucker, Monkey Butler, and Antiques Cowboy — all arrive in fairly quick order, and a fight will break out: Vacuum Man vs. the other four. When killing the tutors, continue until they vanish in a puff of smoke.

Combat is randomized, with everyone having a chance to hit or miss their current target, but no one seems to attack you.

> kill chyk. (Repeat until Basket Chyk is dead.)

> kill butler. (repeat until Monkey Butler is dead.)

And if Plucker and Cowboy are still alive, help Vacuum Man kill them too. You win the game when Vacuum Man is the only tutor still alive.

Characters

Vacuum Man bursts into your room after 2 turns. He's the only tutor you actually want.
Basket Chyk bursts into your room after 5 turns.
Plucker bursts into your room after 8 turns. His entrance starts the melee.
Monkey Butler bursts into your room after 10 turns.
Antiques Cowboy bursts into your room after 12 turns.

Endings

You have lost if Vacuum Man dies. This ending is more likely to happen if you attack him instead of the others.
You have won if you and Vacuum Man succeed in killing all four of the other tutors.

Inventory

a letter opener. It's on the table in your living room and the only item you need. Use it as a weapon to kill everyone except Vacuum Man.
your Vacuum Repair textbook. It's also on the table in your living room.
a worksheet. It's also on the table in your living room.
