Badland Machine is a TADS 2 interactive fiction game and is © 2003 by Sam Kabo Ashwell. It was a participant in the Speed-IF... Of DESTINY event.
In this tiny game set in the steampunk fantasy western genre, you play as a dew fairy—a dew fairy in leathers with a motorbike. You're tired and in an incredibly bad mood. You have a delivery to make in the town of Machine.
This solution is by David Welbourn, and is based on the Public Information Broadcast Edition of the game.
Right Side of the Tracks (just about)
Command handling is somewhat rough in this game. To get off the bike, you must use "stand"; "dismount" and "get off bike" aren't understood. Also, "wake inky" isn't implemented. You can't refer to Snappy or Snargy as "brothers", nor refer to the red button as "red".
