SEARCH FOR THE SACRED STONE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1.  SOFTWARE COVERED BY THIS LICENSE

This license agreement ("Agreement") applies only to Search for the Sacred Stone software.   Different license terms may apply to other software from Mikel Rice and/or www.MikelRice.com.   License terms for later versions of Search for the Sacred Stone may be changed without notice.

2.  FREE USE LICENSE.

(a) In order to qualify for the free use license described below, you must have downloaded or received Search for the Sacred Stone in the form of a complete distribution package as distributed by www.MikelRice.com, including all files contained in such package.  Current distribution package for Search for the Sacred Stone are available from www.MikelRice.com.  Copies of Search for the Sacred Stone not received in the form of a complete distribution package are not licensed for use, copying or transmission by you or others.

(b) You may, free of charge:

· install and use Search for the Sacred Stone free of charge.
· copy, store, distribute and transmit, free of charge, identical copies of this complete distribution package of Search for the Sacred Stone to others, as long as it is deemed current by www.MikelRice.com.  A link to www.MikelRice.com must be included with any listing.

(c) You may not:

· modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, Search for the Sacred Stone software.
· sell or license copies of Search for the Sacred Stone to others.
· remove any proprietary notices or labels on Search for the Sacred Stone software.
· include Search for the Sacred Stone as part of a software bundle or compilation package (CD, DVD, diskette, etc).

(d) All rights not expressly granted by Mikel Rice in this Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to Mikel Rice (www.MikelRice.com).

4.  SUPPORT.

No support is provided for Search for the Sacred Stone.  However, e-mail is accepted and generally replied to.  Support may be provided at the discretion of www.MikelRice.com, but is not expressly provided.

5.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. MIKEL RICE (www.mikelRice.com) DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR USING SEARCH FOR THE SACRED STONE.  IF YOU USE SEARCH FOR THE SACRED STONE INCORRECTLY, YOU MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR FILES, SOFTWARE, DATA OR BUSINESS.  THE ENTIRE RISK IS BORNE BY YOU.  THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT.  Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to you and you may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.

6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIKEL RICE (www.MikelRice.com) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF SEARCH FOR THE SACRED STONE.  Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation may not apply to you.

7.  TITLE.

Mikel Rice (www.mikelRice.com) owns Search for the Sacred Stone software under the copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws and all other laws that may apply.

8.  TERMINATION.

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the limitations, conditions or obligations described herein.  On termination, you must destroy all copies of Search for the Sacred Stone software and all other materials in the complete distribution package.
